Managing Partner

Andrew is founder and managing partner of Presidio Interests, Fort Worth-based commercial real estate investment and development firm with an unconventional, forward-thinking approach.  Presidio specializes in transformative urban redevelopment projects, often converting obsolete and underperforming buildings into meaningful, attractive properties, thereby greatly enhancing value for building occupants, the surrounding community, and for the project’s financial stakeholders.

Presidio has acquired, developed or redeveloped of over 225,000 square feet of urban infill commercial projects with estimated value of over $50 million, including notable projects such as the Foch Street Warehouses (Foch Street South) and Magnolia + May. 

Andrew oversees all aspects of the company’s investment and development activities including new acquisitions, management for development and redevelopment projects, and leasing and management of existing portfolio properties.  He has served in transaction and portfolio management roles for several commercial real estate firms in Texas and California including Trammell Crow Company and CarrAmerica Realty Corp.  He received an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

                 James R. Harris

                                                        Partner/Advisor

Jim has been an important partner and advisor to Presidio Interests, LLC since the company’s founding. He has extensive experience in infill development and redevelopment projects, which including the redevelopment of the Foch Street Warehouses in Fort Worth’s Cultural District and numerous high quality, infill townhouse development projects in Fort Worth with his Village Homes partners. In addition to helping found one of Fort Worth’s most respected luxury home building companies, Village Homes, Jim and his partners have developed over 40,000 residential lots in master planned residential communities across North and Central Texas since 1979.

Jim holds an undergraduate degree from Austin College and an MBA from Texas Christian University. He serves or has served as a Builder Member of the Urban Land Foundation, a member of the Neighborhood Residential Council of the Urban Land Institute, member of the ULI North Texas District Council, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Fort Worth Housing Authority, organizer and member of the Board of Directors of First Texas BHC, Inc. and Southwest Bank, and Chairman of the Board of Trinity Terrace, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Fort Worth, and on numerous community boards and committees concerning Fort Worth City zoning and development policies.
